If you are no longer able to access your TOTP application, using one of the recovery codes you downloaded when you enabled MFA is the best way to regain access to your account.
If you have lost access to both your recovery codes and the TOTP application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org a message with the following details and attachments:
- A clear photo of your government issued ID
- A second clear photo of yourself holding the ID as well as a small note with today's date and "Planetscale MFA reset" written on it. Your face must be clearly visible
- A written message describing that you need to have MFA reset
- The email must be sent from the same email address on the account to be recovered
